Joeys Rattata

You have to have played HG/SS to get the gag
If not heres the story:

When you play HG/SS you get a Pokegear, a phone really. When you defeat a guy called Youngest Joey, he'll ask to trade numbers.

Later on in the game, you'll get many annoying and frequet calls from Joey, telling you about his "Super Cool Ratata" YOU WILL WANT TO KILL HIM.
As for Blue's Raticate, you really just kill his Raticate in Red and Blue verisons. When i heard that the first time, i felt really sad
